Other requirements: Excellent knowledge of English, local language is considered a strong asset. Permanent authorization to work in hosting country or EU/CH/NO citizenship.

Set up of the program

Our international trainee program extends over 18 months at your base NKT site in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, India, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, UK or the Netherlands and you will be permanent employed from day one with all benefits our employees normally have.

The program consists of a combination between theory and job rotations, both domestic and one international. The setup of the trainee program will give you a unique possibility to learn the industry, customer needs and key competitors as well as the company from ground and up with our functions and business lines and their value proposition. The global program will allow you to work in an international environment, across functions and to establish a strong company network. The various parts include both theoretical as well as practical aspects and through a global curriculum you and the other trainees will create a valuable network. Also, tailor designed trainings will be integrated to your program to fit your specific needs.

The NKT Trainee program will give you a broad foundation to stand on as well as the opportunity to individually focus on specific areas according to your ambitions, wishes and business needs.
