What can you expect from the possiton?

The aim of this possiton is to provide HR support to white collar leaders, colleagues and other stakeholders in two production plants in Czech Republic (Kladno and Velke Meziříčí). You become a part of small team of three HR colleagues, two sitting in Kladno, one in Velké Meziříčí. This exciting opportunity contais close cooperation with leaders in and out of Czech Republic, Global HR Business Partner and implementation of global projects to internal environment. On top of that you will be responsible of:Advertisment and recruitments of white collar possition and support on advertising of blue collar possitions

The successful candidate for this position provides other processes, such as:

  • HR marketing including magazine agvertisment, branding, radio spots and PR articles
  • Training of employees in needed fields
  • Administration of Success Factors Recruiting Module.
  • Implementation of global projects and processes.
  • Improvement of local HR processes.
  • And a lot of discussions about business needs with key players.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Communication and an open minded and friendly personality is a need on this position. We very prefer a candidate with at least one year of experience from HR Business Partner position (ideally from manufacturing company), possibility to weekly travel between plant and English on communicative level.

Also we expect you to be:

  • Able to work with Excel and other MS applications
  • Feeling for company needs
  • No fear from production environment
  • Need to help others
  • Willing to help, sometimes even above your Job Description tasks
