In this position, you will be part of Customer Support Team, supporting order management for business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Your daily work includes communication with our external customers and internal stakeholders, accepts orders and confirms them via SAP. You will work very closely with our sales representatives as well.
Other responsibilities of the position are also:
- Ensures various agenda in SAP
- Monitors the fulfillment of open orders, agrees on non-standard lengths, informs the customer about the status of the order, etc.
- Processes recalls from consignment warehouses, including the creation of delivery notes and invoices
To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are independent, team, structured and goal-oriented person who respects the protection of trade secrets and business ethics. You have understanding of the sales process cycle, are comfortable with commercial terms and have knowledge around price structures, margins and profit & loss.
In addition, we expect:
- Secondary education – business administration is advantage
- Experience within customer service
- Knowledge of SAP will be appreciated
- Ability to analytically solve problems
- Strong communication skills
- English language – intermediate (at least)
