Tha candidate may be located in one of our European sites (Denmark, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Czech&nbsp;Republic)&nbsp;to be a part of Group HSE department and company instrumental to the worldwide green agenda. </span></b></span></span></h1> <p><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span><span><b>What can you expect from the positon?</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>HSE Manager ensure NKT compliance with technical and chemical safety requirements. </span>This position has mainly, but not limited to the following responsibilities and tasks:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Manage the requirements the work equipment has to comply with to be acquired and operated in NKT</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Establish requirements that the technical safety programs for the top NKT risks have to comply with and roll them out.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Manage and administer NKT chemical databases in liason with the chemical safety/compliance consultants and NKT network.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Support plants in machine safety risk assessments</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Manage projects to retrofit and improve safety of equipment.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Define standard solutions to improve safety of equipment.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Elaborate and implement group level programs for technical safety: electrical, chemical, hazardous works.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span><span><b>What do we expect from the candidate?</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>To be successful in this role, you should have analytical problem solving attitude with a practical judgment and goal orientation.
