The role focuses on supporting a harmonized process within NKT Group Procurement, and across the business lines on compliance and governance KPIs. Supporting the Process & Systems Lead with audit support and with systems strategy and execution
Responsibilities
- Procurement priority - Setting up Procurement Standards, ownership of process frameworks and the common technology platform together with the Lead
- Acting as the point of contact towards the operational units in the supply chain organization in the business lines – focusing on compliance, coverage, and governance tracking
- Engage in group wide projects and represent Procurement organization as a Business Process Specialist
- Exposure and understanding of SAP MM and PM modules
- Process documentation and reporting – Ownership of updated process instructions and system training material in document management system (Signavio); reporting process performance KPIs
- NKT’s procurement back-up contact person for audits (ISO and customer audits)
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and driving change together with the Lead
- Process Optimization – Automation of processes using RPA
- Governance and Compliance – Manage the compliance in procurement processes and monitoring KPIs
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with engineering/ manufacturing background with around 3 to 5 years of experience
- Specialization in procurement processes/ SCM
