Finnish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? Do you enjoy connecting with customers and finding solutions that make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated Finish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries clearly and comprehensively, answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their questions, comments, and complaints
  • Problem solving, assisting customers in resolving issues by providing solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage quotations together with the sales team in due time and in a good quality
  • Participate in key customers meetings and fairs in Finland, creating relationship directly with the customers
  • Account Management, maintaining customer accounts, including updates to billing information and handling account-related transactions.
  • Collaboration, working closely with other departments (e.g., sales, shipment, production) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively.

Your CV includes: 

  • Fluent in English and Finish is a requirement, Swedish is preferred
  • Experience from customer-facing roles
  • Strong service-mind and relationship management skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work
  • Collaborative, working with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Service-minded professional with effective organizational skills

The ideal candidate is willing to assist customers, has excellent communication skills, and can think critically to resolve issues. You should be comfortable juggling many different tasks and navigating many internal and external stakeholders. You will be accountable for managing customer experience for our finish customers. You work closely across teams with sales, customer services, marketing, supply chain and production, meaning that you will be an important part of collaboration with the business.


You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance departments. This position is based in Falun or Stockholm.
